PartnerRyan has 15+ years of finance and accounting recruiting experience. Prior to co-founding MTN, he served as Market Director for a publicly traded finance recruiting firm. Ryan has a son and is an avid mountain biker. Works hard to pay for his hospital bills supporting his hobby.

Partner15+ years of experience as an Executive Director of Strategy at leading agencies including 72andSunny, Venables Bell & Partners, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Shaunt recruits for marketing and sales roles. Shaunt is married with 2 boys and in his free time tries to not get hurt while playing men's rec soccer.

PartnerJason has 15+ years of technical recruiting experience. He's worked for Meta, Uber, Coinbase and has served as in-house recruiting consultant for start-ups. Jason is married with 2 girls. If he's not recruiting he's at the golf course with dreams of making the Senior PGA when he's 50.
